Town of Herndon:

Program Description:  The ESI program in the Town of Herndon consists of a Minimum Submission Review (MSR) and a Team Peer Review (TPR).  An acceptable transmittal from the MSR and TPR is required.  The program provides a plan quality control review to save the time of the regulatory reviewers and speed the process of plan approval.  The program is supported by a “pay as you go” approach that requires an application and deposit to cover the cost of review.
