The Virginia General Assembly passed a bill during the 2006 legislative session which mandates that the APELSCIDLA Board implement a mandatory continuing education program (HB1054). The law became effective on July 1, 2006. As a licensed professional in VA, you are required to complete 16 Continuing Education Credit Hours (CECH).
